| Race #14 Race #14 was rough. The the #46 was running great for the practice laps and qualifying, starting the first race 4th row inside. Half way through the 1st main event the West Coast Transmissions #46 Late Model over heated and was forced to pull off track for repairs. Zane's pit crew worked fast to get him back out in time for the 2nd main event. Due to the finishing result in the first race, #46 was forced to start in the rear of the pack. Zane's car was much better in the second main event, with his overheating issue taken care of, he was picking off the back of the pack one by one. It looked like it was going to be a great race as he was moving up swiftly until he was caught up with a very slow and dangerous driver that was several laps down. Due to the other drivers lack of skills on the race track he door banged the #46 on the back straightaway. That lap car then came around on another lap and hit Zane's #46 right back bumper, intentionally throwing him up into the wall at roughly 100mph. It caused a large amount of damage to the front end of Zane's late model. Zane was okay after the crash, and is only a little stiff. It is very unnerving that such a dangerous driver is aloud to take the track each week and put the other drivers life's and cars in danger. Especially a driver who wrecks others intentionally and then feels the need to brag to others in the pit area. Last I checked putting someones life in danger and wrecking a $30,000 race car was not something to boast about. If you like to play bumper cars, well fine, but go hang out at SunSplash instead of causing so many issues and damage at the AAS.
